Accessibility Statement

Poggi Infissi in Alluminio e PVC is committed to making this website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We pursue this in line with applicable law — the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) and the harmonised standard EN 301 549, which adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

Conformance status

This site is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.1 level AA standard: most of it meets the requirements, but some content does not yet fully conform (see “Non-accessible content” below).

The WCAG guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. There are three levels of conformance — A, AA and AAA. Level AA is the legal reference for most public and commercial websites in the EU.

Non-accessible content

We continually monitor the site for accessibility barriers. Where automated and manual checks reveal issues, we prioritise and fix them. If you come across content that is not accessible to you, please let us know using the contacts below — your feedback helps us improve.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared and last reviewed on 16 Luglio 2026.

Conformance was evaluated by self-assessment, combining automated analysis of the site (markup checks and, where available, in-browser testing with the axe-core engine) with manual review by our team. Automated tools can only detect a portion of the WCAG criteria; the remainder — such as keyboard operation, focus order, screen-reader output and the meaningfulness of alternative text — require human judgement and are reviewed manually.

Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this site. If you encounter a barrier, or need information that is currently provided in a non-accessible format, please contact us — we will do our best to respond promptly and to provide the information or a suitable alternative.

You can also use the “Report a barrier” button in the accessibility panel, available on every page of this site.

Enforcement procedure

If you contact us about an accessibility problem and are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate the matter to the national authority responsible for monitoring accessibility requirements in your country. They can review the complaint and, where appropriate, require corrective action.
